As the water cools... the Fall Rockfish bite heats up throughout the Bay region. Jigging, Live-lining, and trolling can all be productive. Schools of larger Rockfish can been found amongst the loads of feeding juvenile fish... look for larger bait and you will usually find the better quality bite.
