Bottom Fishing

As the name suggest, Bottom Fishing involves fishing on or near the bottom for a a vast number of fish species. Bottom Fishing is a Summer favorite of many due to its fast action and angler fishing the rod themselves. From young to old and from 1st time angler to professionals... bottom fishing can be a lot of fun. Fortunately for Bottom Fishing anglers Solomons Island, Maryland's location and proximity to the Patuxent River and the Chesapeake Bay make it the Region's most productive fishery. Light tackle, generous limits, and a variety of species will have you coming out time and time again.
